This website is operated by GAB AN LOU COMPANY ("EdPasta"), located at 187 avenue du Mont Royal, H3T 1P2, Montréal (Québec). We take the protection of your personal information seriously.
2. Information we collect
- Contact form: name, email, phone number, subject and message. Franchise form: name, email, phone number, city, and information about your project. Browsing data (Google Analytics): pages visited, length of visit, device and browser type, approximate geographic location and IP address.
- Formulaire Franchise : nom, courriel, téléphone, ville, informations sur votre projet.
- Données de navigation (Google Analytics) : pages visitées, durée de visite, type d'appareil et de navigateur, provenance géographique approximative et adresse IP.
3. How we use it
We use this information only to respond to your requests, follow up on a franchise inquiry, and improve how the site works. We never sell your information.
4. Your consent
By submitting a form, you consent to the use of your information for the purposes described above. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us.
5. Sharing your information
Your information is accessible to our team and to our technical service providers (website hosting, email) who process it on our behalf. We also use Google Analytics, a service of Google LLC whose servers may be located in the United States, to measure site traffic. Some providers may therefore be located outside Québec or Canada. We make sure they protect your information appropriately.
6. Cookies and third-party services
This site uses cookies that are necessary for it to function, as well as audience measurement cookies (Google Analytics), which are only activated with your consent. It also displays a Google Maps map, which may set its own cookies. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the cookie banner or in your browser settings.

We keep your information for as long as needed to handle your request, then delete or anonymize it, unless the law requires us to keep it. Usual retention period: 24 months.
